YMAA/martial arts update

This is the first time I've mentioned this, but there are regular updates for seminars by Yang's Martial Arts Academy at http://sports.health-shopper.net/martialartsnews_YMAA.html. Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming has been my favorite east cost sifu for a couple of decades. I love strange martial arts training books and Dr. Yang has written some of the most esoteric books in Chi Kung (aka qi gong). At the YMAA news page, you will see some of Dr. Yang's great books and videos available through amazon.

I would like to mention in this upcoming move to athletics.health-shopper.net that all content at http://sports.health-shopper.net will be transferred including the martial arts content - which is athletics oriented. This site will probably remain if competition type sports find a niche at Health
Shopper.
